This means that when you book a ticket from one the Partners, your Data is passed to the respective Partner solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your ticket order.

Your data: Usage data (info about your plan, interactions, user content including playlists and favourite tracks)

How we protect it: Safely stored to report anonymously by law to bodies representing author rights/record labels.

Your data: Technical data (IP address, devices used, network, browser, location)

How we protect it: Collected to improve experience on the site

Your data: Marketing Data and publicly available information including social profile (email, gender, age)

How we protect it: Provided by third parties which are all compliant with GDPR law such as Mailchimp. Can be deleted at your request by contacting the data controller of these services.
